What we don't do
Frontera Rx doesn't require an account, doesn't process prescriptions, and doesn't collect protected health information. We don't ask what medication you're looking for beyond what you type into the search box on your own device — that search runs entirely in your browser and is never sent to us or logged anywhere.
What we do collect
Standard server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical logs for security and reliability — things like IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. This is aggregate technical data, not tied to an account or a profile, and we don't use it to track individuals across visits.
If you email us
If you contact us directly (see Contact), we'll have whatever you chose to include in that email — your address and message content. We use it only to respond to you, and we ask that you not send medical records or health details in that message; see the notice on the Contact page.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our search feature loads a small static list of drug names into your browser and filters it there — it doesn't phone home with your queries. If that changes in the future (for example, adding privacy-respecting analytics to understand what's useful), we'll update this page first.
Third-party links
Pages on this site link out to third-party sources (government agencies, news coverage, source citations). Once you leave Frontera Rx, that site's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over what those sites collect.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes — most likely by adding basic, privacy-respecting analytics — we'll update this page and adjust the date below.
